The exhibition’s opening day reception, held on December 15th in conjunction with AFI’s annual celebration, will feature a meet and greet with the artists and a musical performance by Amir El Saffar and legendary, Baghdad-based Hamid Al-Saadi, the world’s foremost living performer of the Iraqi Maqam. Join AFI, our partners, supporters, and friends, as we celebrate all we have accomplished this year, and toast to everything on the horizon in 2019!
